How does it work?
After you have called or emailed us an account manager will contact you to arrange a no-obligation, on-site meeting to prepare a task list or job description and write down all the little details you expect from your housekeeper.
Your Account Manager will finalise the job description, send it to you for approval and choose the best, most suitable candidate for the job.
The Account Manager will visit your property, along with the housekeeper and brief them on everything that needs to be done during the session.
Your housekeeper will complete all the work requested at the times arranged and we will book and carry out any additional services as and when you request them.
A supervisor will make monthly visits to ensure the quality and consistency of service and you will be charged by monthly direct debit.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with anything we will re-visit the property free of charge as we offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back.
